Research On Xinjiang Police Training System Based On Counter-terrorism

Public security organs ensure the stability of all areas of our society,and are also an indispensable part of our socialist construction,protecting our country's peace and security.The strengthening of public security forces can make the work of public security personnel go smoothly,and it is also one of the important tasks of every public security organ.The training and teaching work is the foundation of the construction of the public security team,and is also a very important strategic work of the public security team.Therefore,the urgent task of building a harmonious society in our country is to build a public security team that meets the social requirements of our country,and to establish a characteristic training and teaching system according to the nature of the public security team,so as to enhance the working level of the public security team.Xinjiang is located in the border area of our country,where people of many nationalities and different beliefs live.With the vigorous promotion of the current social development and the state,the society and economy of Xinjiang are also developing rapidly.However,in the process of development,there are still some problems left behind,such as law enforcement issues,and the destruction of other foreign forces,which make Xinjiang a high incidence of terrorist activities in our country.With the increase of the frequency of terrorist incidents and the scope of activities,the construction of Xinjiang police force has become a serious problem facing the maintenance of social stability in China.At present,the important measure to enhance the anti-terrorism police force in Xinjiang is the training and teaching activities.Under the circumstances of unreasonable overall planning,imperfect content design and lower-than-expected teaching results,it is urgent to understand and merge the working facts and actual needs of the local front-line anti-terrorism police.Rationally build Xinjiang police training system based on anti-terrorism.Through understanding the anti-terrorism work and daily work of police in Xinjiang,searching for a large number of documents,this paper designs the framework of this paper,and analyses the current situation,characteristics and problems of police training in Xinjiang.On this basis,a questionnaire based on the research of anti-terrorism police training system in Xinjiang is designed.Through the first-line anti-terrorism in Xinjiang,the paper designs a questionnaire.On-the-spot visits of the police and analysis of the results of the investigation,in-depth understanding of the current situation of Xinjiang police training system and the needs of police officers in the context of counter-terrorism,according to the results of the investigation,this paper puts forward the ideas and principles for the construction of Xinjiang police training system in the context of counter-terrorism,with this as the guide to construct Xinjiang police training body in the context of counter-terrorism.It also puts forward safeguard measures from the aspects of attaching importance to police training,adjusting content setting and improving instructor's ability,so as to ensure that the construction of training system is practical,comprehensive and reasonable,and then effectively promote Xinjiang police to improve their anti-terrorism level through work training and maintain stability in Xinjiang.
