Study On The Anti Terrorism Measures In Colleges And Universities Under The New Situation

In recent years,terrorism has been increasing in worldwide.In the rapid development of today,terrorist activities also showed the complexity and variability,which is not only a serious threat to people's safety,but also seriously disturbed the social stability and harmonious development.It also put forward a more challenging task to anti-terrorism security workers.Colleges and universities are the backbone of the development of the level of higher education,which is the basement of providing all aspects of high-quality talents to the society and the construction of talents for the society and the nation.Colleges and universities are the representative of a national advanced knowledge and mainstream culture.Under the rising of global terrorist activities,colleges and universities have large number of students and large flows of people,which are opened to the society,have gradually became an important object of terrorism malicious attacks.The event of terrorist violence will inevitably cause social panic and make a significant impact on society.In January 1,2016,the official implementation of the People's Republic of China Anti Terrorism Law provided the legal basis and guiding ideology for the anti-terrorism prevention.It also ask anti-terrorism of Colleges and universities to make higher levels.Anti terrorism in Colleges and universities is characterized by urgency,information,uncertainty and ripples.In the new period of development,colleges and universities which is an important part of national security strategy,should attach great importance to carry out the anti-terrorism work.Through the establishment of the joint anti-terrorism management mechanism,we can improve the anti-terrorism system,make the prevention perfect,in order to ensure the maintenance of national security and development of harmonious and stable campus.
