| People will not get good results if they are not honest.As the phenomenon of the lack of honesty is becoming increasingly serious,the public pays more attention to honesty.At the same time,the honesty of government as the pillar of social honesty system is also questioned.When civil servants exercise administrative functions,they are manifested in the loss of value and responsibility at the psychological level;fraud for selfish ends,neglect of duty and fraud at the administrative level,who also change from day to day.As a result,the problem of government civil servants’ dishonesty has become the focus of attention of the whole society.Since civil servants are the main body of governing the country,managing the society and serving the public,their integrity and morality are related to the prosperity of the country and the nation,the stability of society and the well-being of the people.The promotion for the construction of civil servants’ honesty is the basic project of "casting soul and supplementing calcium" for the construction of civil servants team.In terms of the construction of honesty,it is an important part of the construction of professional ethics of civil servants.In addition,strengthening the construction of honesty of civil servants is helpful to establish a correct outlook on life,values and career;to unite ideals and beliefs,values and moral concepts;as well as to guide and standardize the correct performance of due diligence by civil servants.At present,it can be seen that the research on the honesty construction of civil servants in our country is not deep enough,in which the system is not perfect enough.As for it,this paper uses three research methods,such as literature research,case analysis and comparative analysis,which also starts with putting forward the concept of honesty construction of civil servants to analyze the significance of honesty construction of civil servants.As a result,it points out that the construction of civil servants’ honesty archives is the basis of honesty construction for them,which also lists the theoretical basis of civil servants’ honesty construction.Then,it elaborates the current situation and main practices of civil servants’ honesty construction in Changchun City,which also combines with case analysis to find out the existing problems and analyze the causes.After that,it takes the three most representative countries in Europe,America and Asia as examples to elaborate and analyse the legal provisions,rules,regulations,and implementation methods of civil servants’ honesty construction,so as to make the summary of the experience that can be used for reference and the enlightenment to the honesty construction of Changchun City.Finally,it puts forward the countermeasures and thinking of the honesty construction for civil servants in Changchun City. |
