Honesty is the enduring moral category of the Chinese nation. It constitutes the important value principles under the perspective of Marxist theoretical system, and is the core morality of the party’s ethics and party image.As the basic moral values, honesty is embedded in the realistic and pragmatic political culture of the Chinese Communist Party (CPC). It runs through the leadership of the CPC’s revolution, construction and reform process, and is the social ethics and moral reflection of the CPC in building credibility and organizational cohesion.. Since reform and opening up, the party’s ethics is in urgent need of reconstruction after the "cultural revolution". It is a strategic issue of the new era to strengthen the construction of honest of the CPC and to reshape political honesty e. Therefore, the importance of faith as part of the CPC’s theory of discourse system resources has become a high frequency word in the Party Congress’ report Academic research on good faith has been focusing on basic theory of faith, honesty and social life in ancient China and the West areas of theoretical and empirical level, micro-level study and integrity building theory and practice of the Communist Party. Since reform and opening up, comprehensive and systematic research is still rare. Therefore, this thesis, taking Marxist basic theory for guide, and reform as the basis of time, and CPC integrity construction theory and practice as the central problem, seeks to systematically investigate its thought basis, and integrity ecology, construction course, value concept, integrity governance, basic experience and so on, so as to provide useful reference for current construction of CPC organization integrity, including members cadres integrity construction.This thesis consists of introduction, body, conclusion sections. Among them, the introduction part illustrates the current status of academic research, the significance of this thesis, research methodology, key points and possible innovations, and thereby laying the foundation for the thesis. Specifically, this thesis is divided into seven chapters.The first chapter presents the CPC’s ideas of honesty and its origin. On the basis of analyzing the features, functions, and assessment of honest, this chapter argues that China’s traditional culture in the of integrity thought is the culture gene of the party’s integrity thought, Marxist integrity thought is the theoretical cornerstone, early CPC people of integrity consciousness is the ethics factor, and Mao Zedong’s thought of integrity is the theoretical foundation of the CPC integrity. These materials, is an important ideological and theoretical foundation of integrity construction of the Chinese Communist Party since reform and opening up.The second chapter focuses on ecological considerations of integrity of the CPC since reform and opening up. Since reform and opening up, domestically, the CPC cadres and local party organizations have witnessed a substantial shift in economic system, organizational situation, and moral philosophy; abroad, the Socialist state and other States parties in the region and political instability made the international political environment of the party more complicated; Integrity construction of the CPC as an opportunity to reflecting on history and reality, is rooted in the Chinese society schema.Chapter Ⅲ presents the process of honesty construction of the CPC since reform and opening up.Since reform and opening up, with the orderly succession of Central collective leadership of the CPC, the CPC’s honesty construction has gone through four basic stages, namely the starting stage, developing stage, expansion stage and deepening phase, and has solved a series of core issues that affect organizational integrity.The fourth chapter presents the theoretical framework of the honesty values of the CPC since reform and opening up. It starts with the basic structure of values of integrity, including value significance, value subject,value idea, and evaluation system of values. Since reform and opening up, strengthening the party’s honesty construction has contributed to the party members healthy personality, harmonious inner life, creating a political image, promoting economic development, and creating a social atmosphere. The party’s honesty subjects includes the overall integrity of the individual, community, as well as the party’s media. The honesty values of the party is rich in content, including theory, system values, policy implementation, administration effectiveness, governance, politics, personality, and other aspects. The chapter concluded by constructing the evaluation system of cadres and local party from the aspects of perfecting the evaluating criteria and elements, the evaluating subjects and means, etc.The fifth chapter introduces the honesty administration strategies of the CPC since reform and opening up. Honesty administration is a system of complex projects within the party. It analyzes the actual patterns of lack of credibility within the party since reform and opening up by focusing on the manifestations and the causes,This chapter also systematically explores the concrete methods of in honesty administration of our party during this period, focusing on governance and overall governance, dishonesty punishment and prevention, breach of governance within the party with the social credit administration principles of integrity. This chapter presents a detailed discussion of the methods of honesty administration from the perspective of interaction between party and society and promotion of honesty administration of a contingent of cadres and local party organizations. Also included in this chapter includes the value perception of credibility within the party governance mechanisms, incentives, and security for mechanism of supervision and restraint mechanisms.The sixth chapter, honesty and basic experience of the construction of the Chinese Communist Party since reform and opening up.Tightly woven around the premise, value directions, practice, emotional support, and rational exploration of the party leadership’s and local party organization, the chapter summarizes the construction of the party’s honesty as ideological education, people’s interests, investigation, and human care.The seventh chapter winds up the thesis by presenting realistic reflections on the construction of honesty of the CPC under new circumstances. From the category of time, space, Trinity vision It presents an analysis of contemporary China’s social circumstances and the honesty ethics situations from the perspectives of time, space, and category, and on the basis of such analysis, illustrates on the direction of the honesty construction of contemporary CPC values, and explores the effective means to the further construction of the organizational integrity of CPC.
