Research On Legal Aid For Minor Children Of Prison Inmates

In the reform of prisoners in prison,there is such a special factor that we cannot avoid,that is,the problem of the assistance to the minor children of prisoners.The author,as a grass-roots front-line management police,has been engaged in grass-roots management for more than 10 years.Based on this,this paper starts from the reform work that is conducive to prison inmates,and combined with his own work practice and existing theoretical knowledge results,thinks about the legal assistance of his minor children.In addition to the introduction and conclusion,this paper is divided into four parts: the first part: the question: to study the importance of legal relief of prison inmates.This part mainly starts from the examples,first clarifies the relevant legal concepts,and then discusses the impact of minor children of prison inmates on their reform and the current lack of legal relief system for minor children of prison inmates.The second part: the status quo of minor children of prison inmates.This part discusses the current situation of minor children of prisoners in prisons from two aspects: living situation and legal aid situation.The third part: the legal aid plight of minor children of prison inmates and the cause analysis.This part mainly studies the plight in the current legal system and practical application.The fourth part: thoughts and Suggestions on legal relief for minor children of prison inmates.This part mainly discusses from the aspects of perfecting the legal system and relief system.
