| With the advent of the era of socialization of child welfare services,a large number of non-governmental public welfare organizations have emerged in various parts of the country,which have carried out institutional care and services for juvenile children of prisoners and achieved positive results.Pulandian as the inmates minor children relief center,provided the basic relief inmates minor children,but in recent years,along with the advancement of social welfare service socialization and reform deepening,family foster care as a new kind of a way to provide family care to gu incomplete children,meaning more and more prominent,return to the family is one of the largest social welfare of children.Children living in sun village,legally orphaned,face the difficult choice of whether to return to their family of origin after their release from prison.In this paper,by using case study method,we collect and sort out the case data of the return of minor children of prisoners to their original families in several Sun Village institutions,and summarize the common difficulties faced by them,and conclude that the lack of family functions,the weak relationship between parents and children,the impairment of physical and mental health of the parents of prisoners,the behavior deviation of minor children of prisoners,and the weakness of social support are the obstacles Four typical cases are selected to explain the main difficulties that hinder the return of minor children to their original families.As an important theory in the analysis of social problems,the author will analyze his research subject from the perspective of social support,and combine the perspective of social support with the practice and experience of Sun Village Institution in B City in promoting the return of minor children of prisoners to family of origin for many years,aiming at the main difficulties of the above minor children of prisoners returning to family of origin.This paper puts forward countermeasures and measures to deal with the return of minor children of prisoners to family of origin from the perspectives of social work intervention,physical and mental rehabilitation treatment and social function reconstruction of released parents,parent-child relationship reconstruction,skills training of minor children of prisoners,and policy suggestions on the return of minor children of prisoners to family of origin. |
