Study On The System Of Administrative Public Interest Litigation Initiated By Procuratorial Organs

With the development of economy and society,people's living standard is improving day by day.While enjoying a great wealth of material resources,more and more serious social problems also follow.The topic of global warming and resource depletion reminds people to protect nature and protect ecology every year;the occurrence of coal mine explosion,melamine event and toxic vaccine event constantly strikes the alarm for the government departments,and they should adhere to the administration according to law and perform their duties diligently.There is a common intersection between seemingly unrelated events,which is the public interest.Only when people get rich can they become wise.When the pocket became rich,people began to realize the importance of protecting public welfare.This paper mainly focuses on a branch of public interest litigation,which is administrative public interest litigation.Combined with the materials,documents and actual cases sought in the work and study,I will elaborate from the following aspects: the basic concept of administrative public interest litigation,the development since the pilot practice in China,the problems and the solutions.Through consulting the current academic and practical circles for the leading-edge research findings of administrative public interest litigation,this paper will analyze and comb out the main problems existing in the current practice process of our country,and put forward solutions based on various views,in order to help improving the administrative public interest litigation system.
