Quantitative Research On Public Value Of Beijing Urban Cpmmunity Park

Urban parks are playing an increasingly important role in regulating the rhythm of citizens' lives,promoting harmony,improving the living environment of the community,and promoting the sustainable and healthy development of the city's economy.Especially the emergence of community parks has greatly satisfied the residents' use of short-term debris time.Demand.However,urban community parks are generally open to residents free of charge.In addition to the influence of traditional economic concepts,the ecological,economic,and social values brought by community parks are easily ignored because they are not quantified,resulting in a lack of internal driving force for park construction investment.Problems such as weak environmental awareness will ultimately affect the sustainable development of community parks.Therefore,carrying out the quantitative research on the value of urban community parks is an urgent problem to be solved in the current urban park planning and construction.In this context,the author first analyzes the value of community parks based on the ecological functions,economic functions and social functions of community parks,and draws on the classification of environmental resources by OECD,and divides the value of community parks into use values and directly Two categories of use value and indirect use value and non-use value,and build basic indicators for value quantification.Secondly,it introduces the general method of quantification of current park value,and selects appropriate quantitativemethods based on the applicability of each method and the characteristics of community parks.Finally,taking Liuyin Park as an example,using the questionnaire survey method,analyzing the first-hand data such as the questionnaire survey and the characteristics of the surrounding houses in the park,combined with the travel cost method(TCM)and the conditional value assessment method(CVM)to construct a comprehensive evaluation model of community park value.Comprehensive assessment of the public value of Liuyin Park.Through research,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)The annual public value of Liuyin Park is about 183 million yuan,of which direct use value accounts for 58.4%,and non-use value accounts for 41.6%.It shows that community parks like Liuyin Park play an important role in the leisure of urban residents and have an important position in the hearts of urban residents.(2)This study uses the TCM and CVM methods to construct a public value assessment model.Through empirical research on Liuyin Park,it is proved that the method is feasible and has a certain degree of generalization for the evaluation of other community parks.The above conclusions may provide suggestions for public sector optimization of green space layout,urban community park assessment and improvement of park planning and construction.
