Research On The Management And Supervision Of Cosmetics In S District Of Zaozhuang City

Everyone loves beauty,especially today.With the progress of society,people pay more and more attention to appearance and image.Cosmetics have become a necessity of people's life.People's demand for cosmetics not only increases in quantity,but also pursues higher product quality.With the rapid growth of China's economy,China's cosmetics industry is also rising rapidly.China's cosmetics products are more abundant,the cosmetics industry is more prosperous,and the cosmetics market is more mature.At the same time,there are some problems in the cosmetics market,such as fake and shoddy products,illegal labeling,false propaganda and so on,which directly affect the rights and health of consumers.With the development of science and technology and the progress of technology,there are frequent disorders in the operation of cosmetics,which need to be strengthened.Based on the current reality of cosmetics management and supervision,this paper,based on clarifying the relevant concepts of cosmetics management and supervision,takes the situation of cosmetics management and supervision in S district of Zaozhuang City as the starting point,and uses the methods of on-the-spot investigation,literature review,questionnaire survey and interview to carry out the research.According to the current situation of cosmetics management and supervision in S district,this paper objectively analyzes the problems existing in Cosmetics Management and supervision in S district,such as imperfect legal system,weak supervision power,backward supervision means and low supervision efficiency.According to the relevant theories of public management,this paper systematically analyzes the causes of supervision problems from the aspects of untimely revision of laws and regulations,insufficient specialization of supervision team,lack of technical support,lack of sense of responsibility of operators,and insufficient participation of social forces.At last,by using the advanced supervision experience at home and abroad for reference,this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions from the aspects of speeding up the work of law revision,giving full play to the role of the enterprise as the main body,strengthening the technical support of supervision,building a professional supervision team,strengthening risk detection,andstrengthening social supervision.
