As an important department that collects tax and guarantees public finance revenue,the tax bureau is related to not only the central government's ability to provide public goods and services to citizens,but also the central government's capacity and the healthy and steady development of the society.Front-line tax service personnel are the group that directly provides tax payment services to taxpayers.The service quality of tax service personnel affects the image of tax bureau in the hearts of taxpayers.What's more,their working status also affects the overall efficiency of tax bureau.In recent years,as the increasing camp,the land tax merger and a series of tax collection and money management system reform measures,the taxpayer's demand for business tax service personnel's service attitude keep getting higher.Along with the increasing tax tasks and heavy workload,tax workers inevitably appear unexplainable fatigue,depression,phenomenon such as low morale.These are specific symptoms of job burnout.Damaoqi taxation bureau,as a basic taxation bureau at the county and district level,follows closely with the reform of tax collection and administration of the higher departments,and earnestly applies various tax collection and administration policies.However,due to the fact that district is a rural area,the inconsistent quality of taxpayers and the heavy workload,the job burnout of tax service personnel in Damaoqi tax bureau is getting more and more serious.Therefore,it is of certain necessity and practical significance to acknowledge and prevent the job burnout of tax service personnel in Damaoqi tax bureau.In this paper,from the size of the district,personnel structure and the phenomenon of job burnout,through the form of questionnaire and in-depth interview,we seek full understanding of alum flag revenue tax service personnel's job burnout.According to the questionnaire results,we mainly analyze from 3 perspectives:personal point of view,organization point of view,and the society point of view.Focusing on the causes of job burnout in combination with working practice,we put forward for alum flag revenue tax service staff job burnout intervention countermeasures,including set up the correct professional cognition,arouse the enthusiasm for work,increase the intensity of training,formulating reasonablepromotion mechanism,generating incentives,improving the performance of the system,strengthening the communication with taxpayers,and balancing work and life.Finally,we summarizesthe paper,and elaborate on the practical value and limitations of the research conclusion for the tax system from the perspective of research samples and methods,so as to clarify the research direction and provide feasible research ideas for the related fields of job burnout.
