From poverty alleviation to rural revitalization,China’s national living standards have undergone earth shaking changes.With the increasing speed of economic development,in order to achieve the goal of "two centenaries",the grass-roots staff of township governments are on the front line to revitalize the countryside.Their work rhythm is obviously accelerated and their work pressure is obviously increased,so their sense of professional anxiety is obviously enhanced.This paper analyzes the current situation of job burnout of staff in township government institutions from multiple angles,as well as the resulting changes in work attitude and work efficiency,analyzes the causes of job burnout from multiple angles,and puts forward measures and methods to alleviate the problem of job burnout.Effectively prevent and alleviate job burnout,improve the work efficiency of employees,improve people’s satisfaction,improve the management and service efficiency of township governments,and promote the construction of socialist modernization.Job burnout is generally regarded as a phenomenon of physical fatigue and mental fatigue in the face of heavy work pressure.It is an extreme reaction when employees are unable to deal with work pressure well.It is considered to be the decline of emotion,attitude and behavior caused by long-term stress experience.In order to further master the actual work status and job burnout of township government personnel,combined with their own actual work situation,the author selects the township government personnel of F County in Guangdong Province as the research object.In view of the actual problems faced by the township government personnel of F county at the present stage,through investigation Interview and questionnaire,and analyze the relevant survey results.This paper analyzes the job burnout of township government personnel from the three dimensions of emotional exhaustion,depersonalization and low personal achievement.The statistical results show that the three dimensions of job burnout of township government personnel are significantly related to age,working years and commuting distance.The decrease of job satisfaction of township government personnel will lead to their burnout psychology,especially the negative and idle work attitude at work,and then produce emotional fatigue.The emotion and work attitude of township government staff will be more related to the organizational conditions of township government,such as working conditions,policies,treatment and so on.The study shows that the degree of job burnout of township government staff in F county is moderate,which shows that the job burnout of government staff in F county is the result of the joint action of many factors.These factors are not only caused by personal factors,but also related to work level,organization level,social environment and other factors.According to the survey and research results,combined with daily work practice,collaborative governance theory and equity theory,this paper puts forward practical countermeasures from the perspective of government,society and individuals to alleviate the job burnout of township government personnel,and studies and puts forward countermeasures to solve the job burnout of F county personnel,Strive to enhance the work enthusiasm of the establishment personnel of township government in F County,alleviate the phenomenon of job burnout,and improve the level of township governance ability.
