| In recent years,the community problem is increasingly prominent.Recently,the community safety problems such as throwing objects from high altitude have continuously disturbed people's life,which has brought great threat to people's life safety.Based on the previous literature analysis and practical experience,the traditional community safety management has the problems of single management subject,prominent administrative trend and low social participation.This situation leads to the absence of management of some community safety issues and the community safety cannot be effectively guaranteed.In order to cope with the new requirements of social governance on community safety management,in recent years,with the support of the government,social work has continuously explored community safety governance from a professional perspective.This paper focuses on the problem of high altitude projectile in C community of Shenzhen city.It is found that there is a management vacancy in the community.Residents' enthusiasm in participating in community affairs is not high,they lack the sense of security responsibility,and the community democratic force is weak.Based on the analysis of the reasons for high altitude parabolic,combining with community event managers and contradictions of the actual situation of social workers in regional development model for theoretical guidance,mainly by the community managers and residents are two aspects to obtain,integration of community resources,and residents from a source that is itself to reduce the possibility of high altitude parabolic.In order to promote residents' participation in the management of high-altitude projectiles,social workers play a variety of roles,actively coordinate community governance bodies,enhance people's awareness of safety responsibility,and promote the development of community democracy.The results show that this study has achieved good results through the comprehensive treatment of high-altitude projectile. |
