Study On Anti-terrorism By Immigration Inspection Station

In recent years,with the acceleration of globalization,China opens its door even wider,and exchanges with countries around the world frequently.Along with the enhancement of China's comprehensive power,the possibility of being harassed by terrorism is also increasing.As the first line of fighting against terrorism,security of entry and exit port has become a common concern of the whole society.Facing the more and more complicated anti-terrorism enviroment at the port,in order to ensure social stability and economic development,and promote the establishment of a more harmonious and efficient port environment,we must strengthen port control,strengthen port collaboration,and strengthen port research on antiterrorism.We must prevent the terrorists who want to enter our country and escape to ensure port security.Y province is an important transportation hub and a center of flow,logistics and information flow.X port is the largest international airport of Y province.X port has some natural advantages,just like "big in big out","fast in fast out" and "convenient transit".It also has extensively international flight routes and rich resources.But there is also a natural weak links,such as old facilities,information construction lag and the lack of anti-terrorism awareness etc.In recent years,there is an increasing trend of overseas people staying in China.With the backfilling effect,there is a more realistic risk of transshipment of terrorist through X airport.X immigration inspection station as an inspection organ at X airport bears some important responsibilities such as antiterrorism,backflow prevention and reducing the crime rate in the restricted area of the port.This article explores from the New Public Management theory,Holistic theory of government and Immigration Security theory.Taking X Entry-Exit Frontier Inspection station as an example,the article analysises the current work on terrorism research of airport,points out problems existing in the current work on terrorism,including a poor sense of anti-terrorism crisis,a lack of anti-terrorism law,little control over the security responsibility role,a lack of anti-terrorism ability,informatization construction lag,etc.Fully draw lessons from foreign advanced ports anti-terrorism is presented in this paper,on the basis of experience and lessons,in the perspective of holistic government,gives suggestions for perfecting the entry and exit ports anti-terrorism work,through establishing Immigration Security concept,strengthen the safety consciousness,the line of duty police to promote institutional reform,speed up the construction standardization of immigration,innovative technology to promote informatization construction,improve the strength and accuracy of combating terrorism activities.
