Research On The Category System Of Xi Jinping Thought On Socialism With Chinese Characteristics For A New Era

In theoretical research,category refers to the basic concepts in the theoretical system.Throughout the development history of Marxism for more than 170 years,theorists put forward many classical categories on the basis of practice in different historical periods,which still has a strong practical explanatory power.Category is the knot of theory,which plays an important role in the process of ideological reproduction.In the basic structure of concept,category,proposition,principle of the theoretical system,the proposition of theoretical proposition is often presented by elaborating the relationship between two or more categories.There are logical relations among these categories,which are parallel or subordinate,and present in the theoretical proposition and discussion in a certain structure.These propositions and discussions are arranged,combined and logically expanded in a certain order or method,and finally form a relatively complete theoretical system.Any scientific theoretical system has its specific theoretical research object,which is supported by a unique category system.Category system is a logical system which embodies certain principles and has certain structure through dialectical movement of different categories connected with each other.In this study,the category system of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era is the collection of basic concepts reflecting the China after the 18th CPC National Congress,namely,the category system of Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era.This category system is presented as a hierarchical structure of general category,basic category,practical category in logical form,and as a logical sequence of logical starting point(New Era),logical intermediary,logical ending point(Chinese Dream)in logical content.Category is not a pure abstract and complex logic,but a real reflection of the essence behind the specific problems and the connection between theory and practice.As the basic unit of theoretical logic construction,content extension and practice guidance,these categories and their systems present the basic outline of theoretical description,reflect the basic logic behind the theory,and reflect the background of the times in which the theory is located.Therefore,it has theoretical and practical significance.There are four chapters in this article,which respectively discuss the theoretical basis,content structure,logical structure and significance of the category system of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era.The first chapter mainly explains the general theory of category system,including category,category system and other related concepts,and briefly reviews the source of the thought.The second chapter combs the important basic concepts according to the structure of general category,basic category,practical category,and analyzes the historical evolution,the connotation,the status,the role and the mutual logic of these elements.The third chapter first summarizes the principle of totality,unity of ion and concrete,and unity of logic and history,and further summarizes the logical structure of the category system,and analyzes the logical core,logical main line and logical concrete role of these categories.The fourth chapter expounds the theoretical and practical significance of category system.The theoretical significance includes the logical connection between the basic concepts of the theoretical system,the promotion of theoretical integrity research from the perspective of category system,and the realization of the inheritance and development of Marxist category system.Practical significance includes providing political discourse and context for China in the new era,and providing Chinese mode of thinking and solutions to world problems.
