Research On Government Regulation Of Medical Cosmetology Industry In Jining,Shandong Province

With the deepening of the construction of "healthy China" and "beautiful China",as well as the continuous increase in personal income,after people's living standards improve,People have more energy to improve the beauty of their appearance and figure,the medical cosmetology market developed,and medical cosmetology servicesentered the life of ordinary people.However,consumers do not know much about the principles of medical cosmetology.Medical cosmetology advertisements emphasize the promotion of cosmetic effects and preferential prices,and rarely inform surgical risks.The medical and cosmetic industry has large profits,low illegal costs.After the punishment of illegal medical and cosmetic activities,it will happen again.With huge profits,medical and cosmetic disputes continue,and the industry chaos needs urgent rectification.The government's efforts to supervise the medical and cosmetic industry urgently need to be strengthened and become a necessary condition for the healthy development of the medical and cosmetic industry.This article investigates and analyzes the medical and cosmetic industry in Jining from the perspective of information asymmetry theory and collaborative governance theory.It aims at the problems in Jining's medical and cosmetic supervision,explores the reasons,and proposes countermeasures.Last few years,Medical and beauty institutions in Jining City are popping up like mushrooms,and the drawbacks of inadequate government supervision have gradually emerged.In order to understand the situation of medical cosmetic supervision in Jining City,the author collected a large amount of data on medical cosmetic supervision in Jining City,and conducted empirical analysis based on the data.At the same time,Conduct questionnaire surveys on health inspectors throughout the city to collect data.According to the analysis,this paper concludes that the medical cosmetic service quality supervision in Jining City needs to be improved,medical cosmetic institutions and doctors have irregular approvals,and it is difficult to supervise medical cosmetic advertising.The main reasons for illegal medical cosmetic behaviors are repeated.The profit is large,the cost of illegal medical and cosmetic acts is small.Low entry barrier for medical staff,and the supporting laws and regulations are lacking.The medical cosmetic supervision force is weak;the supervision means are limited.The article first introduces the development of the medical and cosmetic industry in Jining and the supervision and management of the medical and cosmetic institutions in Jining.The specific supervision methods include the operation permit of medical and cosmetic institutions and personnel access permit,the implementation of daily random spot checks and multi-department joint inspection measures.According to the research,the lack of supervision of the medical and cosmetic industry in Jining City is mainly due to:the government department of Jining City has not formulated relevant local laws and regulations and the irregular access of medical cosmetology industry practitioners and medical cosmetology institutions,;medical cosmetology service quality supervision is not in place;medical cosmetology advertising supervision is difficult;medical cosmetology supervision is weak,the number of health care supervisors in Jining City is insufficient,and it does not meet the standards of the National Health and Fitness Commission.Health supervisors' operational knowledge should be strengthened;medical cosmetology institutions have limited inspection methods,Relevant regulatory authorities are not close enough.In order to allow consumers to enjoy safe and reliable medical and cosmetic services,the government should increase supervision of the medical and cosmetic industry.Combining the actual situation of Jining City's medical cosmetic industry survey,the author draws on the advanced experience of the medical cosmetic industry supervision in developed countries and regions,and proposes to regulate the medical cosmetic industry order from the following four aspects,namely:perfect the regulations and rules,clarify the industry norms;strengthen credit constraints and emphasize industry self-discipline;strengthen health law enforcement,Increase supervision;multi-party cooperation to improve the effectiveness of supervision.In the face of new problems that are constantly emerging,countermeasures for health supervision should also be adjusted and strengthened in a timely manner.
