The aim of this study is to investigating the deprived public sectors and impact of conditional cash transfers on youth education through social investment in Pakistan.Conditional cash transfers(CCTs)have been developed as an innovative plan and it is an element of social protection actions in order to help and support the poor and deprived people of the country who survive under the poverty rank.For this purpose,this research proposes to explain the impact of conditional cash transfers(CCTs)on youth education through social investment in the Pakistani context.Furthermore,government has also initiated HEC Need Based Scholar-ships and Prime Minister's Youth Laptop scheme as a conditional cash transfer(CCT)pro-grams.This thesis discussed the two conditional cash transfer projects as well as analyzed the youth education and performance in higher education sector.The type of this study is explo-ratory because there isless work has been done before on this topic.The purposive sampling technique was used for data collection and 300 questionnaires were distributed among res-pondents from different public sector universities of Pakistan.The study used quantitative da-ta which has been analyzedthrough statistical packages for social sciences(SPSS).The output of the study is revealed that higher education commission HEC need based scholarship is significantly and positively associated with the student's educational performance in higher education institute.The study also showed that Prime Minister Laptop scheme is also signifi-cantly and positively associated with the student's educational performance in higher educa-tion sector of Pakistan.This study is helpful in theoretical as well as practical point of view as it has enhanced literature on conditional cash transfer and its impact on youth education.This study is also helping policy making bodies as it is the source of information for them to know that how they can eradicate poverty in the country by using CCT.
