| Lenin’s youth education theory is the theoretical and practical product of Lenin’s combination of Marxist youth education theory with the actual situation of Russian proletarian revolution and construction.It is an important part of Leninism,also it is the first scientific answer and systematic summary of what youth should be cultivated in socialist countries,for whom and how to cultivate youth.Lenin’s youth education theory is a scientific theoretical system with complete elements,rich connotations,and distinct levels composed of educational objectives,educational subjects,educational content,educational environment,and educational methods.In terms of the core gist of Lenin’s youth education,he thinks that the purpose of youth education is not only to promote the all-round development of proletarian youth individuals,but also to meet the requirements of socialist and Communist society;the main body of youth education is Communist Youth League,educators and education departments;the content of youth education is mainly embodied in Communist moral education and knowledge education accumulated by human beings and comprehensive technical education.The environment of youth education includes three aspects: school,army and society,which should be beneficial to proletarian education.In terms of Lenin’s basic methods of youth education,the first is to adhere to the party’s overall leadership,which is reflected in strengthening the party’s trust and contact with youth,patiently treating and criticizing youth’s mistakes,and strictly recruiting and helping young Party members grow up;the second is to carry out youth education in practical fields such as labor practice,life practice and work practice;and the third is to let youth live in the environment of proletarian struggle,they will get exercise,win the struggle and become a conscious Communist new man.Specifically,this paper is divided into five parts to study Lenin’s youth education theory:The first part is the introduction.In this part,the research background and significance,literature review,research ideas and methods,research innovation and shortcomings are briefly described.The second part is the formation of Lenin’s youth education theory.This part demonstrates Lenin’s profound insight and analysis of the international and domestic background that Russia faces in the imperialist stage and different social systems,the party’s revolution and construction undertakings require youth’s realistic background,and firmly adheres to and inherits the dialectical materialism of Marx and Engels theory,youth theory,and education theory,and goes through three historical processes of emergence,formation and development,and has been able to form the final Lenin’s theory of youth education.The third part is the core gist of Lenin’s youth education.In this part some expositions are summed up and summarized about Lenin’s youth education on the objectives,subjects,content and environment,and these construct the foundation of Lenin’s youth education theory,which becomes the core proposition in his theoretical framework.The fourth part is Lenin’s basic methods of youth education.This part discusses Lenin’s principled and general basic education methods on the issue of training youth,which are carrying out youth education under the party’s overall leadership,integrating youth education into social life practice,and putting youth education in the proletarian struggle.The fifth part is the value and enlightenment of Lenin’s youth education theory.This part analyzes the important historical value in Lenin’s era,further carries out the transformation and development in the modern sense,and radiates its endogenous value in contemporary socialist China.At the same time,the three-dimensional enlightenment of this theory to the ideological and political education of the new era is embodied in the combination of the strong forces of the main body of youth ideological and political education,the enrichment of the content of the youth ideological and political education,and the practical direction of highlighting the methods of youth ideological and political education. |
