Historical Evolution And Enlightenment Of The Chinese Communist Party Supervision

The term “supervise” has a long history,and its core connotation has been disciplinary supervision from ancient times to the present,but it has different manifestations in different historical backgrounds.The 5th National Congress of the Communist Party of China established the "Supervisory Committee",and today’s "National Supervisory Committee".After the precipitation of history,the supervisory system has become richer and more mature.With the development of the times,under the leadership of the Party Central Committee,a comprehensive reform of the national supervisory system has begun,and the supervisory system has been further improved."Supervision" has also been given a new meaning,which has played a more important role in the background of the new era.In the course of development of the Communist Party of China,supervision has always been an important guarantee for maintaining party regulations and strengthening party construction.Based on this,the Communist Party of China,as the ruling party,has always highly valued the issue of supervision.After the founding of the People’s Republic of China,the supervision system was pushed to the level of national governance,to deepen the CCP ’s political construction.From the perspective of the development process,the supervisory authority has been development from nonexistence to establishment,from revocation to strengthening,from decentralization to concentration.At this stage,the construction of supervisory organs has covered both the inside and outside of the CCP.A strict and effective supervision system has been formed both inside and outside the party,and it has gradually been improved and developed in the construction of socialism.By sorting out the development history and achievements of China’s supervisory organs since the founding of the Party,and summarizing the development experience from them,it has obvious promotion significance for the reform of China’s supervisory system at the current stage.This article considers and explores the historical evolution of supervision from the perspective of the Communist Party of China.In the early stage,on the basis of sorting out and researching the research on the development of supervision in ancient China and abroad,starting from the studies of previous party congresses and important documents of the Central Committee,the historical evolution of supervision was divided into four stages according to the practice of supervision inside and outside the party.The establishment and development of supervision during the period of the doctrine revolution,the supervision after the founding of the People’s Republic of China turned to the outside party,the new stage of the development of discipline inspection and supervision after the reform and opening up,and the reform and innovation of supervision in the new era.Nowadays,under the leadership of the Communist Party of China,the reform of the supervision system has been comprehensively implemented.Through the “Law of the People’s Republic of China”,a supervision committee has been established from the central to the local level,exercising supervision functions,and making the party ’s claims become a national will through legal procedures.Both inner-party supervision and national supervision have achieved the rule of law.Through an in-depth analysis of the evolution and transformation of the Chinese Communist Party’s supervision,it can be concluded that in the historical development of the Chinese Communist Party ’s supervision,we must always adhere to the political leadership of the discipline inspection and supervision work,strengthen the legalization of the discipline inspection and supervision work,and the self-supervision of the discipline inspection and supervision agency,with a view to provide more references for the development of supervision of the new era.
