Research On The Language Expression Of The Instructors Of The Party Education Base In The New Era

Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the Party Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping at its core has upheld the party 's fine traditions,regarded party spirit education as a key link to strengthen the party spirit cultivation of leading cadres,and has put forward new requirements and goals for strengthening and improving party spirit education.With the in-depth development of party spirit education,the team of interpreters in party spirit education bases is gradually expanding,showing a trend of youth and diversification.At the same time,the language expression skills of the interpreters in party spirit education bases will inevitably be uneven.Problems such as inadequate expression of feelings in language,mismatch of body language,weak language organization ability,etc.On-site teaching,as an important means of party spirit education for party members and leading cadres,has the characteristics of situation,emotion and openness.It requires the instructors to be not only the instructors,but also organizers and interactors.They must meet the standards that meet the requirements of party spirit.It must also reflect the appeal of on-site teaching,and put forward a higher standard for the language expression ability of the instructors.This paper mainly adopts the literature analysis method and questionnaire survey research method to collect and retrieve the literature on the status quo of the interpreters,the interpreters of the party spirit education base,and the development status of the party spirit education base,and summarize them;organize the interpreters and announcers of the party spirit education base,Hosts,museum instructors and other language expression related fields are compared to analyze the similarities and differences between them and learn from each other;and take Henan Lankao Jiao Yulu Cadre College as an example,from Beijing,Guangdong,Jiangsu,Inner Mongolia,Henan,Hubei Questionnaire surveys were conducted in training courses in other places.A total of 365 students were party and government organs and institutions.The administrative level included 3 cadres above the bureau level,50 cadres at the county level,and 209 cadres at the department level.The students conducted a survey on the three dimensions of the Jiao Yulu Cadre Academy's on-site teaching needs,the interpreter's language expression ability needs,and the interpreter's language expression ability improvement.Through research,we can see that it is also an excellent tradition of the Communist Party of China to organize party member cadres to strengthen party spirit education.With the changes of the times,the party spirit education base keeps pace with the times,constantly adding fresh blood to the content of party spirit education,and innovating the methods and methods of party spirit education.Some students believe that on-site teaching is the most vivid and effective way of party spirit education,and the teaching effect is closely related to the language skills of the instructors.This article analyzes the characteristics and skills of the language expression of the Jiaoyulu Cadre Academy's interpreter,combined with the professional theoretical knowledge of broadcasting and hosting,and draws the following conclusions for the improvement of the language expression ability of the interpreter.Specifically,first as an interpreter,the standard words Guiyin is the foundation,we should develop the habit of practicing sound,constantly strengthen language skills,and practice standard and fluent Mandarin;secondly,due to the political and policy requirements of the party education base,the instructors need to strengthen the party 's theoretical study and improve party spirit.,The language expression can be more rigorous and decent;again,when the interpreter is processing the manuscript,the language expression should be adjusted according to the onsite teaching theme and the content of the manuscript.For the part that focuses on the narrative and description,it is necessary to accurately grasp the internal emotional movements and reproduce through the scene,Object sense and other methods form specific feelings to the explanation content,so that they can be vividly expressed by their own people,and the function of enlightenment and infection of party spirit education can be better played.For the part that focuses on description and introduction,language skills such as stop connection,stress,tone,etc.should be used flexibly.Increase the logic and level of language expression;finally,while enriching the form of explanation,enhance organizational skills and service awareness to better meet the needs of students.This research combines the characteristics of the times of the party spirit education base,explores the development status of Jiaoyulu Cadre Academy's interpreters,and puts forward from the perspective of the audience's needs,the present interpreters' emotional movements,expression methods,language characteristics and language skills in language expression.Some suggestions hope that it can serve as a reference and guidance for the party spirit education base in terms of self-improvement of the language expression of the interpreter,optimization of the training of the interpreter team,and innovation of on-siteteaching and interpreting methods.
