Research On Ideological And Political Work Of Grass-roots Courts In The New Era

"Upholding the rule of law in an all-round way" has been incorporated into the basic strategy of upholding and developing socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era,marking that China's theoretical exploration and practical development in building a country ruled by law have reached a new height.With the deepening of reform and opening up,and in comprehensively deepening reform in the new era,we will further promote the rule of law in an all-round way.This means that we will position,promote,and enforce the rule of law from the overall strategic perspective of bearing on the future and destiny of the party and the country and maintaining long-term peace and stability.ACTS is not enough to do,insist on promoting the rule of law,must focus on improving the rule of law in the ideological and political quality,professional work team ability,vocational moral standards,focus on building a loyal to the party,loyal to the country,loyal to the people,loyal to the law of the working group of the socialist rule of law,the rule of law work team to achieve this goal,we must in the first place for the construction of ideological and political work.Grassroots courts are the people's courts established in counties,county-level cities,autonomous counties and municipal districts in China.They are characterized by a large number of courts,a wide range of cases to be accepted,and great judicial pressure.They are responsible for the trial of most judicial cases and constitute the fundamental force of China's judicial organization system.From the current domestic research situation of the ideological and political work of grass-roots court,although already had some progress,but still belongs to the theoretical system of ideological and political education is relatively weak link,there are still inadequate theory application,investigation and study become a mere formality,conclusion the problem of countermeasures to introduce,the bottleneck restricting the grass-roots court rule of talent team of ideological and political work mode of ascension process,is not conducive to the selection and training professional judges,also easy to cause the loss of outstanding talents of the rule of law,and the ideological and political work in shaping local judges team of professional ethics,political accomplishment,Therefore,strengthening the ideological and political construction of grassroots judges is of great significance for the implementation of judicial system reform and the construction of a harmonious socialist society.In view of this,based on the domestic and foreign courts at the grass-roots level research based on the theory of ideological and political work,first of all,through literature research,field survey,data analysis and other methods,in the grass-roots court police thought present situation as a starting point,to our country the current ideological and political work mode was analyzed,and the grass-roots court grass-roots court judge more deeply probes into the new era of ideological and political work promotion mode concept,connotation,function and meaning of a base for the further research.Secondly,it analyzes the achievements and bottlenecks of the current ideological and political work of grassroots courts in China,and then analyzes and summarizes the reference points by analyzing some foreign advanced models for the construction of judges' professional ethics and the cultivation mechanism of legal talents.Finally,some more targeted and easy to implement countermeasures are put forward based on the above research.
