It is the fine tradition and political advantage of our party to attach great importance to and be good at ideological and political work and to continuously consolidate the common ideological basis for the united struggle of the entire party and the people throughout the country.Strengthening the ideological and political work of the community in strengthening the construction of urban civilized communities is conducive to strengthening the party's political foundation and mass infrastructure,using socialist ideas to arm the masses,uniting the masses,organizing the masses,and uniting the tremendous power of socialist modernization;The party and the government grasp the social conditions and public opinions,understand the ideological dynamics of the residents,resolve conflicts in a timely manner,and promote civilized and harmonious community construction.The community is the "cell" of the city,the basic project of the construction of a modern civilized city,and an important area of the party's ideological and political work.Under the new situation of building a well-off society in an all-round way and accelerating the process of socialist modernization,the basic position of the community in the society has become increasingly prominent.We attach great importance to and conscientiously do a good job in the ideological and political work of the community,and to strengthen the party's ties with the people and improve the party.The ability to govern is of great significance to improving the civilized quality of community residents and the quality of life of the masses,and to promoting the all-round development of people and building a harmonious society of socialism.This paper takes the case study of "Red Property" in Wuhan City as a concrete case of community ideological and political work,through literature review,investigation,interviews and other research methods.Firstly,it summarizes and analyses the connotation,function,characteristics and significance of the political work of community ideological and political work;secondly,it summarizes the main achievements of the political work of community ideological and political work from five aspects: the degree of attention paid to the current community ideological and political work,the system construction,the team construction,the form of work,the content of work,etc.,from the lack of organizational subject,the smooth channel of expression of the masses' demands,and part of it.The shortcomings of Ideological and political work in the community are analyzed from four aspects: the form of work flow and the unfavorable working mechanism,and the causes of the shortcomings are also analyzed.Then the paper takes the case of "Red Property" in Wuhan as an example,comprehensively analyses the current situation of this practice from the aspects of connotation,characteristics,promotion and influence,and puts forward a new practice mode of community ideological and political work;finally,it sums up the practical experience of "Red Property" in Wuhan,and puts forward that the ideological and political work of community management should be "Red Property".The "color property" innovates the community's ideological and political work at the level of system innovation,team building,form innovation and content innovation.Some practical suggestions are put forward.Through the above research,in order to let the "red gene" continue to integrate into all aspects of community management and bit by bit,provide a new reference for community ideological and political work.
