Under The New Situation Of China's Urban Communities Ideological And Political Work Study

Since the initiation of reform and opening to the outside world, with the development and improvement of socialist market economy, means of production and ownership structure in our country, industrial structure, employment structure, urban and rural structure, as well as class structure and various social structures are undergoing profound changes. Changes in social infrastructure sector has resulted changes of values within our urban community residents.Both these changes has presented new challenges to China's ideological and political work in urban communities. Under this new situation, this paper aims to put forward some suggestions to China's ideological and political work in urban communities by studying the characteristics of urban communities in China, and drawing on our senior scholar's research findings.This article consists of three parts:the first part of the study focuses on the connotation and characteristics of the ideological and political works in urban communities .To Emphasize and strengthen the ideological and political work in urban communities, On one hand we must to understand the general principles and methods of the ideological and political work in urban communities; on the other hand, to grasp the new tasks and situation of the ideological and political work in urban communities.Only with these prerequisite and basis could we put forward a correct countermeasure against the ideological and political work in urban communities in China at the present stage; The second part has made a detailed analysis of the current problems and challenges which the ideological and political work in urban communities in China are facing with.. Only a profound understanding of these issues and challenges,a fully coordinate various relationships,a mobilization of all possible forces, could we change challenges into opportunities, and to open new horizons for the ideological and political work;The third part has raised some proposals to current ideological and political work in urban community from four aspects:the team, goals and content, mechanisms and methods,which ultimately set as the central link and the purpose of this article.
