| In response to the appeal of Communist Youth League Online Project by Central Committee of Communist Youth League,doing publicity online with wechat,the most popular and acceptable way in the young,is a new access to ideological and political work for Communist Youth League.This issue analyses the official Wechat account's positive function in the League' s work by studying Wechat and official Wechat account's function and operation.This paper analyzes a good many of confinement factors that exist in the operational regulation based on a sample of 14 official Wechat accounts of shenyang districts,and finds such problems in their operational regulation--inproperly-orientated,short of brand awareness,lack of audience,low click rate,imperfection of push approach and imbalance of developing among WeChat official accounts.And such are the reasons--unawareness of Communist Youth League Online Project,less promotion of official accounts,official account operators' poor skills,and absence of adequate operation process.Focusing on these existing problems,through a series of investigation and studies,solutions are offered to address the problems.Improving communication means,establishing a professional team,orientating accurately,and building linkage mechanism can be tried to improve the operational regulation of official WeChat account.The paper are expected to provide some suggestions and advise,in order to explore a new method of guiding and serving young people's healthy growth. |
