Research Of Government Affairs Account On Wechat Guiding Public Opinions Under Frame Theory

With the constant development of the Internet all over the world,and the popularity of mobile Internet medium,the media industry has undergone tremendous changes these years.Gradually,the Internet has become one of the main ways for people to obtain information and news events.Under such circumstance,the media of government must grasp the correct guidance of public opinion through the Internet and social media platform.Therefore,the guidance of public opinion has gradually become an important part of government.E-government has undergone many forms of transition such as e-government information platform,web portals,microblog and APP.After that,the government's Wechat account emerged along with the increase of the Tencent WeChat APP users.The management of this Wechat account has gradually become the key task of the e-government work.Wechat has a great impact on public opinion because of its own characteristics,therefore,the research on the characteristics,management and development of e-government has become an important topic in journalism.For the moment,the research on the guidance of WeChat to the public opinion is limited in China.Combined with the frame theory,the author takes the government's Wechat account "Jinpu Release" as an example,analyzing the overall framework of the guidance of WeChat to the public opinion.This article intends to study the category of the government's Wechat account and the form and characteristics of the guidance of government's WeChat account to the public opinion.Through the summary,the advantages and shortages of the publications and guidance to the public opinion of the government's Wechat account "Jinpu Release" have been summarized.Taking the experience gained at one unit and generalizing it in a whole area,the characteristics of the guidance of government's Wechat account to the public opinion are also concluded.This paper also analyzes the public frame of the government's Wechat account on three levels,in order to put forward suggestions for the development of the operation of government's Wechat accountThis article intends to summarize a healthy,orderly and benign guidance mode of the government's Wechat account in China through the in-depth research on the government's Wechat account "Jinpu Release" and the frame theory,in order to play a positive role in the continuous development and the guidance of the government's Wechat account to the public opinion.
