With the development of mobile communication technology and Internet technology,various new media platforms and mobile applications are emerging.Acutely aware of the new changes in the information environment,government agencies have opened new media accounts,constructed new media matrix,released news through new media channels,communicated with the masses,provided s ervices and performed functions.This subject takes the new media matrix of "Central Committee of the Communist Youth League" as the research object,and uses the participatory observation method and case study method to analyze the new media matrix communication strategy of the " Central Committee of the Communist Youth League" based on the perspective of communication.The article first clarifies the related concepts of the new media matrix,and analyzes the main subjects,categories and characteristics of the new media matrix.Secondly,it summarizes the construction soil,composition,development and operation objectives of the new media matrix of the "Central Committee of the Communist Youth League".Finally,the new media matrix communication strategy of the "Central Committee of the Communist Youth League" is classified into the individualization of visual identification system,differentiated communication with different emphasis and interrelated three-dimensional communication.The individualization of visual identification system includes: the account name is consistent with the organization;the account profile picture highlights the characteristics of youth;the image of "Tuantu" deepens users' memory.Differentiated communication with different e mphasis includes following aspects: MicroBlog focuses on content breadth and provides information;We Chat focuses on the depth of content and causes thinking;Zhihu outputs high-quality ideas and shares opinions;Bilibili's quadratic element expression style,to cater to preferences;Tik Tok highlights the musical features and evokes resonance.Related three-dimensional communication includes the establishment of a new media editorial department,focusing on professional quality training;breaking through t he barriers of the platform and promoting mutual diversion;integrating internal and external sources of information and ensuring information supply;integrated content planning,multiple generations,multiple releases;expansion matrix Width,update the form of communication;implement user surveys,uphold content as the king;"seniors" set the agenda,and "rookie" join forces to resonate.During the research,it was found that the individual platforms of the “Central Committee of the Communist Youth League” new media matrix still have scattered visual recognition and weakened synergistic effects;and poor client experience,which is detrimental to the matrix centripetal force.Put forward unified account avatars to enhance matrix cohesion;and strengthen client building and optimize suggestions for reshaping platform value.On the one hand,it can promote the central Committee of the Communist Youth League to better perform its duties and provide services;on the other hand,it can provide enlightenment for the new media matrix of government affairs of other party and government organs.
