Research On The Public Affairs Management Of "Withdrawing Villages And Building Houses" Community In Lin'an District

With the rapid development of social economy,urbanization has become an irresistible trend.In order to advance the urbanization process in an orderly manner and realize the integration of urban and rural areas,some rural areas adjacent to urban areas have been included in the scope of "removing villages and building houses".In this paper,the model,problems and improvement strategies of the community public affairs management are analyzed based on the research object of the community "removing villages and building houses" in Lin 'an district,hangzhou.It is of great practical significance to study the management of community public affairs in "removing villages and building houses".On the one hand,it explores the essential characteristics of community public affairs management in "removing villages and building houses" and the basic requirements to adapt to the development of urbanization.On the other hand,it enriches the experience and theory of urban management and provides useful reference for the optimization of community management mode of "removing villages and building houses".This study mainly adopts the methods of investigation,literature research and comparative analysis to study the public affairs management of "village evacuation and residential construction" community from the interdisciplinary perspectives of sociology,management and statistics.Through field visits,random interviews and questionnaire surveys,we understand the current situation and problems of the community development in Lin 'an district.SPSS software and multiple regression analysis were used to study the collected data,and it was found that the satisfaction degree of municipal infrastructure,public servant services,residents' basic social security and collective property right distribution had the most obvious impact on community public affairs management on the whole in the process of "removing villages and building houses".In practice,there are still some problems such as insufficient investment in community public affairs,relatively lagging employment and social security of villagers,lags connection between departments,improper collective property rights and land disposal.In view of the above four influencing factors,this study puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and improvement methods,mainly including the following points: to clarify the role of the government,to establish a people-oriented concept in the management process,and to promote the reform of urban management system;Take multiple measures to promote the transformation and optimization of social security to a deeper level of equity;Clear the relationship of property rights and clarify the responsibilities of multiple subjects;We will improve the management of public affairs in order to promote the orderly development of cities.
