Study On The Openness Of Government Affairs In The Renovation Field Of Dangerous Houses

The openness of government affairs at the grass-roots level is a basic information management system involved in the openness of government information implemented in China.In the field of renovation of dilapidated houses,the implementation of open government affairs is not only responsible for the basic living needs of farmers,but also to fulfill the responsibility and obligation of open government affairs of grass-roots governments.This paper uses the methods of literature research,interview and case study to research the disclosure of government affairs in the renovation of dilapidated houses in Pingluo county,Shizuishan city,Ningxia province.The content of this paper mainly includes five parts.The first part is the introduction,which summarizes the background of this study and the research status at home and abroad,meanwhile defines the purpose of this study.The second part is the theoretical part,which mainly introduces the concept and basis involved in this research,and also summarizes the standards for defining the renovation of dilapidated buildings and the disclosure of government affairs.This part is the theoretical basis of this paper.The third part is the process and development status of government affairs publicity in the field of renovation of dilapidated houses in Pingluo county.It introduces the course of government affairs public in China and Ningxia province.In this context introduces the course of government affairs public in renovation of dilapidated houses,mainly including germination stage,preliminary exploration stage,pilot stage,gradually popularization stage,the e-government affairs public stage,then from the organization safeguard,initiative situation,open application situation,in order to reform the status of government affairs public.The fourth part analysis the existing problems during the openness of renovation of dilapidated houses in Pingluo county.The existing problems mainly include: the content of government affairs is formalization,government affairs public supervision responsibility implementation does not reach the designated position,the government information sharing mechanism is not sound,and the government website imperfect information content.The main cause of these problems isthe insufficient understanding of government affairs public,the government mechanism is not yet perfect,the concept of government affairs public information has yet to be set up,and the government website construction management is not perfect.The fifth part is to strengthen the Pingluo county government affairs open countermeasures and give some suggestions.In view of the above problems,this paper suggests that local government is necessary to improve the understanding of government affairs disclosure,and set up the supervision mechanism of government affairs disclosure in the future development,optimize the management concept of government affairs disclosure,and strengthen the management of government affairs disclosure website.
