Study On The Integration Of Daqing Spirit Into The "Three Whole Educated People" Model

As an excellent Red Culture Resource,Daqing spirit has always guided people forward with spiritual power.General Secretary Xi Jinping delivered an important speech at the National Conference on Ideological and Political Work in Colleges and Universities,highlighting the status of higher education and the importance of adhering to the correct direction of running schools,and setting out the goal of personnel training.We should insist on taking the fostering integrity and promoting rounded development of people as the central link,carrying ideological and political work through the whole process of education and teaching,realizing the whole process of educating people and educating people in all directions,and striving to create a new situation in the development of higher education in our country.Efforts to promote the spirit of Daqing into the university education system,build Daqing spirit into the full education,the whole process of education,all-round education model,the formation of a set of operational specific implementation programs,the use of Daqing spirit to educate people to effectively implement the school work of all links.On the base of consulting the relevant documents and analyzing the questionnaire,the paper analyzes the problems related to the current situation of school education and explains the theoretical problems of this model from three parts.The first is to make a concrete explanation of Daqing spirit and the related theory of "three full-breeding people",from the connotation of Daqing spirit to the value of the times and the meaning and characteristics of " three full-educating people " as a mat,and also analyzed the necessity and theoretical basis of Daqing spirit into the " three full-educating people ".Secondly,according to the questionnaire and the reality of the school analysis of the current Spirit of Daqing into the " three fulleducating people " of the status quo and existing problems,and analysis of the reasons.Finally,try to build the "three-child" model of Daqing spirit into the " three full-educating people " model,showing the regional characteristics of Daqing spirit and the latest educational methods of integration.
