Studying On The Mechanism Of Educating People In The Contemporary Spirit Of Lei Feng

With the development of reform and openness, the system of the socialisteconomy、politics and culture have been reformed from the initially established,however, the pace of reform of the socialist cultural system is not identical with thesocialist economic system and the socialist political system, which cause the socialistcultural system is not completely institutionalized. At the same time, it leads to theLei Feng spirit can’t comprehensively form the mechanism of educating peoplenormalization, and affect the effectiveness of educating people activity. All those are based on the method of theory research.Moreover, the author from the country、school education and individual education tobuild the operational mechanism, and from the reward provisions、propaganda andeducation、people’s needs to build the encouragement mechanism, meanwhile, fromthe supervision provisions、government regulation、social supervision and fundingchannels to build the safeguard mechanism, also from the legislation、theoreticalstudy、activities’ forms and mass line to build the innovation mechanism. Thosemechanisms can close the psychological distance between the Lei Feng spirit andpeople, create a good environment for educating people normalization of the Lei Fengspirit, and promote people’s ideological and moral qualities, above all, it can rectifythe moral anomie, correct the lack of honesty, promote the level of social morality,and impel people to become a man who inherit the traditional virtues of Chinesenation, practice the socialist morality principles and build up a good social customs.
