A Case Study On Guardianship Of Children Born Out Of Wedlock

In recent years,with the opening of people's ideas and the change of marriage concept,there are more and more families of children born out of wedlock,which exposes many family problems of children born out of wedlock,the most prominent one is the family guardianship of children born out of wedlock.Due to the lack of the sense of responsibility of guardians,the lack of guardianship knowledge,the lack of family emotional communication and other reasons,many families of children born out of wedlock are facing problems such as the lack of family guardianship,the negligence of family guardianship,the improper guardianship methods,the sick psychology of the children under guardianship,which seriously affect the harmony and stability of families and the development of children's physical and mental health.As an important working method of social work practice,case work,with its systematic working theory and working skills,can provide individualized service programs for these families,help guardians learn the right way of guardianship,improve family member relations,and solve existing guardianship problems.Based on the service practice of Z institutions in B city,this paper chooses two typical service programs of Y family and C family as cases for analysis,and summarizes the working methods and skills of case work involving in the family guardianship of children born out of wedlock in combination with the theoretical knowledge of Satya family structure treatment mode and structure family treatment mode.Combing the overall service process,reflecting on the shortcomings of the intervention process,from the aspects of enriching the service content of family social work,combining with a variety of working methods for practice,advocating the government to strengthen the relevant system construction,giving full play to the initiative of social organizations and so on,and from the perspective of social work,put forward reasonable suggestions to solve the problem of family guardianship of children born out of wedlock,so as to better solve the problem of non wedded children New research ideas are put forward on the family guardianship of children born in wedlock.
