Research On Community Correction In The Context Of Big Data

With the continuous development of economy and society,the traditional management mode has been difficult to adapt to the increasingly complex social reality,and the government's public control means need to be updated.Community correction,as a punishment method to punish criminals in social environment,has brought new problems and challenges to public management.However,the old community correction measures can not meet the needs of the times.The phenomenon of off-line management and leakage has intensified the public's resistance to community correction,which greatly reduces the social effect of community correction,community correction control ability and water Ping needs to be improved.Through literature analysis,data analysis,case analysis and other research methods,taking the community correction in W District of S City as a sample,this paper analyzes and compares the changes in the number of correction objects,age structure,recidivism rate and so on since the implementation of community correction.This paper studies the organizational structure,strength composition and working mode of community correction in Beijing,Shanghai and Taizhou,and extends the shortcomings and problems of existing correction methods in the face of reality by taking the cases of W District of s city and other provinces and cities.At the same time,this paper discusses the problems and causes of community correction in China from four aspects:weak community foundation,outdated control measures,not deep application of correction platform,and poor internal and external environment.This paper puts forward the optimization path and development ideas from four aspects:improving infrastructure construction,improving correction control ability,optimizing community correction platform,and improving internal and external environment.First of all,it is necessary to improve the efficiency of community correction by means of big data,and constantly strengthen and improve the community correction infrastructure;secondly,improve the ability of correction work through the development and upgrading of correction equipment,comprehensive research and judgment of correction objects,and training of management team;thirdly,through the use of community correction platform in the three stages before,during and after the occurrence of corrective behavior,Finally,by means of big data,we can improve the internal and external environment of community correction.
