Research On Community Service Involving Community Correction Objects In Social Work

Community correction is a method of execution relative to incarceration correction.It ha s developed through 18 years since the pilot program of community correction was launched in 2002.From the pilot program to the nationwide promotion of community correction,great achievements have been made and improvement is being made.In 2012,the implementation measures of community correction was published,which defined the construction mode of co mmunity correction work team,marking that China's community correction system officially entered the track of institutionalization and standardization.At present,experts and scholars m ainly study how to better involve social work in community correction,focusing on the model of social work in community correction,and lack of research on the specific practice of socia l work in community correction and the effect of social work in specific links of community c orrection.Based on the existing research,this paper further studies how social work can partic ipate in the specific links of community correction.In this paper,through a combination of field survey method and structural interview met hod,based on the theory of social governance,the Y city S street community service to carry out the situation of community correction,from the perspective of practice,through the provis ion of professional services,social work involved in the community service of community cor rection in a service-oriented governance,namely social work involved in community correctio n as a social governance body specific link,for the fine study social work and social governan ce to provide reference for the application in practice.Research findings: Firstly,social work,as one of the main bodies of social governance,p articipates in the governance of community correction community services,and plays multipl e roles such as planner,organizer and assistant manager.Secondly,in addition to playing a rol e of professional assistance in judicial social governance,social work can also play its role of planning and management,effectively make up for the deficiencies of government department s in judicial social governance,inject vitality into community service governance in judicial s ocial governance,and effectively improve the effectiveness of community service in commun ity correction.Thirdly,the participation of social work in community service is the embodime nt of the concrete practice of social governance,and also the embodiment of the involvement of social work in the specific links of community correction,which is conducive to promoting the innovation of social governance.The innovation of this paper is to take community correction community service as the re search object and make a detailed study on the specific links of community correction.Furthermore,based on the service-oriented social governance in the social governance theory,this p aper further proposes the implementation path for social work to participate in community cor rection,which is conducive to better guiding social work to intervene in community correctio n,and is also the embodiment of the innovation and practice of social governance theory.
