Government service hotline is one of the important channels for the government to listen to public opinions and respond to public demands.In the process of development,the government service hotline has gradually evolved into a government service platform that provides a variety of interactive communication channels,integrates the participation of multiple functional departments of the government,and responds to the needs of the public in a timely manner.With the social and economic development,the public demand keeps increasing,and the public awareness of participating in social governance keeps increasing,which puts forward higher requirements and challenges for the government service hotline.During the operation of the government service hotline,how to further improve the response efficiency of the hotline is of great significance for promoting the benign communication between the government and the public,understanding the public demand and deepening the efficiency of social governance.Suzhou municipal government service hotline,for example,this paper combined with the theory of governance and good governance,new public service theory,the concept of responsible government,through the literature research,case analysis,interviews,comparative research methods,combined with 2017 to 2019,Suzhou city"12345" government public service hotline related data,analyzed from two aspects of response mechanism,the response process of Suzhou municipal government service hotline in the government response to the status quo,on the basis of combining data,interviews,case,analysis of Suzhou municipal government service hotline in response to the problems and reasons,and through the horizontal comparison the domestic advanced cities experience in government service hotline,combined with the causes of the problems analyzed in this paper,countermeasures and suggestions are further put forward from five perspectives:remolding the hotline response concept,deepening the integration and application of resources,unblocking the response process,improving the supervision and assessment system,and actively guiding public participation.
