After entering the information age,the network platform has became an important carrier for the public to express their needs and opinions.The public can make use of the network platform to pay attention to the trial of the case,supervise the judicial trial of the case and participate in the discussion.However,at present,the network public opinion conflicts with the independent judicial trial,and the network public opinion affects the independent judgment of the judicial organ from time to time,which leads to the judge’s decision to be close to the guidance of online public opinion,which weakens the credibility of the judiciary to a certain extent.First of all,the paper discusses the principle of contact reason theory,and explains the origin,meaning and connotation of contact reason.This part explains why the public should apply the theory of contact reason in communication,and the causes of unreasonable behavior taken by the public in communication.In addition,through the analysis of Yao Jiaxing Case,Li Changkui case,Deng Yujiao case and other cases,this paper expounds the influence of network public opinion on the judicial trial process,and expounds the conception of applying the theory of contact reason to correct the network public opinion.In the end,suggestions on how to make law enforcement,judicial organs and the public communicate rationally are put forward from the legislation,the construction of judicial professional system and so on.
