A Study On The Change Of The Party's Women's Work Style In Yan' An Period

Women's work in Yan' an period is an important part of the whole work of the Party,and it has become the vane of the development of women's work in the whole country.During this period,the Party's women's work has made great achievements,but it is not smooth sailing,during which the work style of women has undergone a thorough transformation,and the transformation has also experienced a difficult process.This transformation process has its specific reasons,but also rich content,has achieved obvious results.Reviewing the theory and practice of changing the work style of women in Yan'an period is of great significance to the development of women's work in the new era.There are two main reasons for the change of women's work style in Yan' an period:on the one hand,from the overall situation of the War of Resistance against Japan,that is,the need to consolidate the anti-Japanese national United front and consolidate the anti-Japanese democratic base areas;on the other hand,as far as women's work itself is concerned,that is,women's doctrine,absolutism,subjectivism,formalism and the lack of sufficient mass exist in the work style of women in the early War of Resistance against Japan.In order to change the work style of women,the leaders of the Party,relevant departments and women workers have made unremitting efforts to find new entry points:women's work must "mobilize women to participate in productive construction" as a "regular task ";"The protection of the vital interests of women must be at the centre of regular work ";it must be " the work of reaching the lower echelons and educating the masses of women ".After intensive research and hard work,there has been a marked change in women's work style: first,the approach to women's work is directly aimed at the reality that "women's work can not be further developed at a standstill ";second,the continuous improvement of marriage laws and regulations is more in line with the reality of rural families and promotes " family harmony ";third,working methods and methods are closer to women's own reality,and women's work is full of unprecedented vitality;and fourth,more attention is paid to safeguarding the vital interests of women at large and women's ideology is gained liberation,the further advancement of women,etc.The transformation of women's work style in Yan' an period has not only played an important role in promoting women's work at that time,but its theory,practice and experience have important historical reference to women's work in the new era: first,the correct leadership of the Communist Party of China is the fundamental guarantee for the smooth transformation of women's work style;second,consciously solving the issue of women's vital interests is the key to the success of the transformation of women's work style;third,making the cause of women's liberation a cause of concern to the whole society is the basic premise for the success of the transformation of women's work style;and fourth,seeking truth from facts and hard struggle is the fine style to be adhered to in the smooth transformation of women's work style.
