A Study On The Mass Work Of The Communist Party Of China During The Campaign Of Eastern Henan Province

The campaign of eastern Henan Province was the first large-scale corps combat in the central plains during the War of Liberation between the kuomintang and the Communist party of China.In this campaign,the western front corps of the east China field army and the first unit of the central plains field army fought for 20 consecutive days,annihilating 1Kuomintang army regiment,2 integrated divisions,4 regular brigades and 2 security brigades,and totally annihilating more than 90,000 Kuomintang soldiers.The effective forces of the Kuomintang army in the central plains were vigorously attacked.As a war going deep into the hinterland of the central plains,its victory cannot be achieved without the support of the masses.The line of mass work is the magic weapon of the Communist Party of China in the long-term revolutionary struggle and construction,and it is also the lifeline of our party.At the beginning of the founding of the Communist Party of China,it attached great importance to the mass work.In the Revolutionary War era,the mass work played an indelible role in the final victory of our party.In the current socialist construction period,the development of the mass work still occupied an important position.The study of the mass work in the Campaign of Eastern Henan Province is helpful to the education and practice of the party's mass line under the new situation,and it is also have great practical significance to enhance the consciousness and initiative of party's members and cadres to practiced the mass work.This paper sum up on the basis of related literature about the Campaign of Eastern Henan Province was read carefully.the mass was divided in three parts: organized people support to frontline,Clean up the battlefield and provide disaster relief and the propaganda work.Starting from the development process and characteristics of these three types of work and summarize the experience.At the end of the article,the author analyzes the realistic enlightenment of the mass work in the period of the Campaign of Eastern Henan Province to the current mass work,so as to learn from the history of the mass work experience and bring forth the fresh.
