A Study On The Mass Work Of The Chinese Communist Party

Maintaining close ties with the masses is the most important political advantage for the Communist Party of China.And thinking highly of the mass work is the consistent good working style. Over the past 90 revolutionary years,the party has been overcoming all kinds of difficulties,disolving lots of dangers,dealing with series of chanllenges and achieved its goals in the end.This is only because our Party has gained the trust,belief and support of the masses.Objectively speaking,during the past revolutionary years,the Party has created an active working situation among the masses,accumulated rich working experience and founded a series of working methods and theories in mass working. However,with the development of the party,the nation and the whole world,especialy with the change of the society, our party is faced with many new problems in working with masses.Therefore,not only must the party do more to improve its capacity of the government and strengthen the power of governing, but also needs to creat a new set of theories and put them into practice to break through the challenges.In this article,the writer chooses the Nanliang revolutionary Base Area,an example of well achieving the theory of mass work,as an object and the methods of mass work as a subject to do research on.Aming at improving the methods of mass work,studying more on the working style and the foundation of the theory,as well as summing and exploring the characters,the basic working experience,the significance and the contributions of the Nanliang Revolutionary Base Area,the writer does his research by studying the histories,reading relative works,comparing and analyzing facts,referring relative subjects,conveying and researching.This dissertation consists of intrudction, the main body(five chapters) and conclusion.The specific contents are summarized as follows:The instruction is mainly about the research of the backgrounds,the significance,the overview,the train of thoughts and the methods together with the research key points and analysis of the research frontier and innovation.Chapter Ⅰ is about the theory structure.It firstly explains the concept of the mass work.By studying and analyzing the historical materialism view of masses and our Part view of the masses, the dissertation reveals the essence of the mass work that the Party is always working closely with the masses and disclose the core that the party has to deal with the contradictions among the masses correctly. The innovation of this chapter lies in the further study of the basic theory of the mass work of the CPC, especially the relevant concepts. Its frontier is reflected in developing the basic theory of mass work of the party to meet the needs of the developing conditions.Chapter Ⅱ is about the historical facts.The writer shows us some famous work on the theory and several typical examples, which are on the very beginning work of Nanliang Revolution, Sichun yuan Revolutionary Base Area, Zhaojin Revolutionary Base Area and Nanliang Revolutionary Base Area.From here we can see clearly the historical context and the value orientation of the Nanliang Revolutionary Base Area. The innovation of this chapter is reflected in comprehensively combing typical cases of the mass work of the CPC in Nanliang revolutionary base. Its frontier lies in providing practical basis for grasping the law of mass work in the new period.Chapter III interprets the connovation of the great leaders,taking examples of LiuZhidan,XieZichang,XiZhongxun, who were the pioneers of founding the Nanliang Revolutionary Base Area.It lets us appreciate their elegant ideological style,personal qualities and great characteristics in working,which leds to the great contributions to the mass work. The innovation of this chapter lies in studying and refining the ideological concept and practical features of the mass work launched by the main founder in Nanliang revolutionary base. Its frontier is providing sample for Party members and cadres to do mass work well in the new period.Chapter IV is about the contributions to the theoretical structure.The writer explores the mass work theoretical system in different perspects,such as value,practice and style,sums up the essentiality of Nanliang spirit at an angle of distinctive feature of practice and close research on the model of deliberation democrary of Nanliang Revolutionary Base Area in the aspects of the definition of concept,the basic element and the patterns. This chapter strives to build the theoretical system of the mass work in Nanliang revolutionary base, tries to make innovations in democratic consultation and Nanliang spirit. Its frontier is reflected from the theoretical dynamic developing perspective of the mass work of the CPC.Chapter V is experience enlightment.It studies and anolyzes the reazlistic enlightment form the historical experience.In the end it draws an conclusion that in order to improve the scientific mass work of the party.The Party is expected to explore and take a good command of the basic rule of mass work in the new period,create more methods of mass work,form a long-effect type of mass work system,and combine the history with practice scientificly. The innovation of this chapter lies in digging up the historical experience and realistic revelation,especially the research and exploration of the basic law, the way and the mechanism of the mass work in the new period, in order to provide useful guidance for the consolidation and expansion of the results of the Party’s mass line education and practice activities.The conclusion is a brief summary of this dissertaition and a general prospect for the further study.
