| Public safety is the basic condition for the stable development of the country and society.In recent years,the challenges of public safety incidents faced by our country have become increasingly severe,and public safety incidents have become a key issue of concern to the state and society.In order to understand the development and changes of public safety incidents more intuitively and clearly,people use computer graphics,multimedia technology and visualization technology to display the collected real-time data and historical data in a graphical way,and combined with the network geographic information system,spatial data can be retrieved,queried,rendered,and analyzed,so that the public safety event information can be understood and mastered in a timely and accurate manner,which provides an important basis and guarantee for further analysis and decision-making.The article applies Web GIS(Network Geographic Information System)technology to public safety data visualization,and conducts research and development of visualization management of public safety data based on the Arc GIS platform.Mainly carried out the following three aspects of work:(1)Visual management platform design.The Arc GIS secondary development platform is selected for research and discovery to build a visualization management platform of public safety data through specific analysis of public safety data.The platform adopts the B/S architecture as a whole.The processing and storage of geographic data are completed through Arc Map and Arc Catalog on the side of Arc GIS for Desktop,and the map service is released and the model is built in conjunction with Arc GIS Server.(2)Realize the visualization of public safety data.According to the characteristics of the data,Arc GIS API for Java Script is used to complete the call of data service and map service based on the Dojo framework,and realize the visualization of the data on the offline map taking seismic data as an example.The data is displayed comprehensively through unique value thematic maps,hierarchical maps and other rendering methods,combined with the dot density map form to realize the visualization of the public safety data information catalog,and the data information is displayed comprehensively in the form of dynamic pop-up windows.(3)Function application of visual interface.The functional applications of the visual interface include data query and analysis functions.Aiming at the accuracy and speed of public safety data information query,the data index management function of the visual interface is designed.The data attribute range can be set to display the comprehensive information through the table in the visual interface,and the dynamic interaction between table data and map data can be realized at the same time.Combined with the distance-based clustering algorithm,the visual interface is optimized for clustering,which effectively alleviates the problems of loading data too slow,extending rendering time,displaying caton,and reducing interactive performance due to the excessive amount of data displayed on the map. |
