The Thought Of Government's Economic Function In Capital And Its Practical Significance

According to the historical materialism of Marxism,the state is an important part of the superstructure,while the government is the organ that represents the performance of its will and the management of all aspects of society,which has the functions of making laws and economic policies,stabilizing market order,etc.,and has an important counter effect on maintaining the economic foundation.The Nineteenth National Congress of the Party put forward higher requirements for the government economic function in the socialist market economy system,because dealing with the relationship between the government and the market is the core of perfecting the socialist market economy system,so the research on the government economic function is far-reaching.Since the reform and opening up,China has gradually established the socialist market economy system,corresponding to it,the government economic function has also experienced the historical change from planned economy to socialist market economy.The change of objective situation requires us to take Capital as the guiding ideology,which is of great practical significance to deeply understand the transformation of government economic function and promote the economic development of our country.In order to solve the problems of "too much intervention and improper intervention" in the function of government economy in socialist market economy of our country,this paper uses literature research method,theory and practice combination method,interdisciplinary research method and holistic research method,through combing the thought of government economic function in Marx's Capital,analyzes the historical background,theoretical origin and practical basis of Marx'sthought of government economic function.The theoretical sources mainly include the classical political economy represented by Adam Smith and David Ricardo and the utopian socialist government economic function thought represented by Saint Simon,Fourier and Owen;the practical basis is mainly Marx and Engels' social investigation of the factories in the era of machine big industry.Then,the thought of government's economic function contained in each of the three volumes of Capital is refined and analyzed.The government,as an important constituent organization of the state,must perform a series of functions in the economic field to promote economic development better.At the end of this paper,the author expounds the practical significance of capital to improve the economic function of the government in the new era.In theory,this paper mainly expounds that this thought has surpassed the classical political economists' discussion on the economic function of the government,and plays an important role in Marx 's political economy,and is also the theoretical source of socialist political economy with Chinese characteristics;in practice,it has an important practical value in improving the economic function of the government in China' s economic system reform.
