Air offensive operation,as the main operational mode of air force,requires strict coordination between main battle equipment and support equipment.However,when the Air Force is in transitions combat,the frontline airport is usually not equipped with the corresponding support equipment or the number of support equipment is limited.Therefore,the troops must transport the corresponding support equipment to the front by rail or road.At present,the practice often relies on the summary of military experience or subjective decision-making.The organization of operations is blind to a certain extent,and it cannot meet the requirements of timeliness and security of modern battlefield.Hence,under the limited time and resources conditions,how to scientifically and reasonably dispatch all kinds of support resources of each resource point,and realize the rational allocation of resources,and make the air offensive operation efficiency to reach the optimum,has important significance.In this paper,the qualitative decision-making model of support equipment dispatching has been changed,and the problems in actual operations have been abstracted into a concrete operational planning model.According to the different requirements of different air offensive operation missions and the difference between support equipment dispatching under the background of air offensive operations and traditional emergency resource dispatching.The objective function,constraints and decision variables in the model are quantitatively expressed by mathematical formulas.Then,an optimization model is established,which is based on the criterion of satisfying the support mission completion with high efficiency and minimizing the dispatching utility and cost.In order to obtain the optimal quantity distribution of support equipment and the optimal transport path selection,the algorithm which combines the traditional NSGA-? with DE is designed.
