At present,with the continuous development of mobile Internet technology,we media has become an important means of information dissemination in the new era.The judiciary quickly discovered the characteristics of mass,diversity,interactivity,herdity and emotion from the media,and continuously summed up the experience in dealing with the judicial public events from the media network,realizing the response from passive response to active response.Exploration and practice.However,when the judiciary responds to the opportunities and challenges brought by the media,the judicial organs use self-media due to the influence of traditional administrative models,judicial administrative systems,traditional one-way thinking and anxiety-based publicity responses.There are still many problems in the process of improving the credibility of the judiciary,which restricts the judiciary's control over the we media,which makes the self-media play a positive and negative role in the credibility of the judiciary.This paper is based on the middle-level people's courts,through case analysis,investigation and research methods,proposes countermeasures and paths to improve judicial credibility in the context of we media,deepen the reform of judicial responsibility system,expand judicial disclosure,and reasonably respond to judicial public events.Strengthen the cultivation of citizens' concept of the rule of law,enhance the ability of the judicial organs represented by the people's courts to control the we media,continuously reduce the negative effects of the media on the credibility of the judiciary,continue to amplify the positive effects of the media on the credibility of the judiciary,and comprehensively advance the process of the rule of law.
