Comprehensive and in-depth to promote the rule of law,is China’s economic,social and cultural development needs,but also the people’s general wishes.Judicial more and more become the public to resolve social conflicts and contradictions and disputes in the end,the most thorough way,the public gradually from the bottom of my heart to accept the "judicial final settlement" principle."Judicial final settlement" principle of the establishment of a prerequisite,that is,the judiciary itself must have credibility,if the lack of judicial credibility,not only can not achieve the "judicial final settlement" of the target,and may even affect the authority of the law.China in building a rule of law in the process,there are many problems,such as: "Case Closed things can not","not the end of Final Appeal," "difficulty in enforcement cases," "do not believe the petition method" and so on.Causing the above problems,trace the origin,or because for now the credibility of our judicial overall level is not high,justice has not been widely recognized by the public and obedience.And our grassroots courts,especially the economy,culture is relatively less developed areas of the grass-roots courts,judicial credibility is to be improved.The largest number of grass-roots courts,but also the vast majority of cases in China,and the public’s direct contact is also the most,many people through the grass-roots court judicial activities to understand the evaluation of China’s judicial credibility of the state.How to analyze the reasons of the lack of credibility of the grassroots court,and summed up the method of improving the credibility of the judiciary,especially to change the status quo of judicial credibility of our country is particularly important This paper tries to find out the main causes of the formation of judicial credibility by analyzing the status quo of the judicial credibility of the grassroots courts in the grassroots courts in the northern mountainous areas,and find out the problems encountered in the process of judicial credibility generation.In order to sum up the ways and means to improve the credibility of the judiciary.
