The Study Of The Development Of Contemporary Rural Young Women On The Perspective Of Marxist Women Theory

Marxist Women Theory is an important part of Marxist theory,which applies scientific world outlook and methodology,namely dialectical materialism and historical materialism,to make scientific analysis on women social status,rights,roles and women liberation.As the theory of guiding women movement,Marxist women Theory has been constantly updated and kept pace with the times in the practice of guiding booming women movement during the period of revolution,construction and development in China,and has formed many theoretical result of sinicization.At present,it has become the important action guidelines and scientifically theoretical basis for the growth of Chinese women.From enunciating the development grain of Marxist Women Theory,defining the concept and category of the contemporary rural young women,expounding the relationship between the Marxist Women Theory and the development of the contemporary rural young women,the paper summarizes the epoch connotation of the development of the contemporary rural young women under the guidance of the Marxist Women Theory.That is to say,the improvement of women ideological and political quality is fundamental,the improvement of scientific and cultural level is the key,the enhancement of professional ability is the core,and the improvement of physical and mental health is the guarantee.With extensive measures were taken for carrying out the policy of targeted poverty alleviation,new rural construction and beautiful rural construction,especially the vigorous implementation of the current rural revitalization strategy,the rural young women,who are the main labor force in the current rural areas,have ushered in unprecedented "developing opportunities".However,the whole development situation of the contemporary rural young women is not optimistic from the perspective of Marxist Women Theory,such as the awareness of participating in rural governance is weak,the scientific and cultural level and practice ability is not high,the shortage of vocational skills training and the level of physical and mental health is low,etc.In such social background,the paper divides the rural young women into three categories: Unemployment,employment and entrepreneurship.Basing on summarized epoch connotation of the development of the contemporary rural young women under the guidance of the Marxist Women Theory,the paper sorts out the development difficulties in the aspects of ideological and political quality,scientific and cultural quality,professional ability,Physical and mental quality.and analyzes the causes of these difficulties.Finally,According to the above named causes,this paper explores the feasible path for the development of three types of rural young women from four aspects guiding by the Marxist Women Theory:namely gradually improving the ideological and political quality,practically improving the level of science and culture,effectively promoting the development of vocational capability,and steadily improving the level of physical and mental health.
