Research On The Employment Of Chinese Women From The Perspective Of Marxist Women's Theory

The number of women laborers in China has reached about 334 million by2019.Chinese women have played an important role in the progress of productivity,the development of social economy and even the construction of a socialist harmonious society in China.On the International Women's Day of 2020,President Xi Jinping congratulated to womenwho participated in the NPC and CPPCC National Committee.He pointed that "we need all Chinese people including women to work together in order to realize the grand blueprint for the development of the party and the country." Therefore,Chinese women's issues must be given full attention at any stage of China's social development,so that the majority of Chinese women could have the opportunity to be fully developed.At present,China is in the midst of a period of reform and opening up.China's socialist modernization construction is still facing one or another problem.Under this background,it is necessary to adhere to the development path of socialist women with Chinese characteristics and grasp the realization of the great rejuvenation of the China Dream which is the theme of the contemporary Chinese women's movement,take fully use of women's positive role in all aspects,and enables the majority of women to make contributions to the front line of China's reform,development and stability.The Marxist theoretical system is a scientific,dialectical,continuously progress and develop theory.Marxist women's theory is the most important and representative theoretical system of women's issues in the course of human history.It is a scientific theoretical system that make research of women's issues.It explores the status of women,the reason of women's problems,the development trend of women's issues and the direction of future development of women.It aims to guide women to explore a scientific liberation road.It provides a strong theoretical basis and action guidance for the development and liberation of women in various historical stages and classes in China.Vigorously promoting women's equal employment is of vital importance not only to the self-liberation of women's groups but also to the development of society as a whole.From the economic perspective,vigorously promoting women's equal employment can not only optimize the allocation of production factors,improve social productivity,but could also enable women to gain economic independence and gain independent status in various fields,thus ensuring women to become the active promoters and equal beneficiaries of economic development.From the political perspective,vigorously promoting women's equal employment could help to promote social development and progress,help to protect social fairness and justice and greatly help to ensure social harmony and stability.From the cultural perspective,vigorously promoting women's equal employment is conducive to awakening women's subjective consciousness and is also conducive to the establishment of a healthy and harmonious gender culture.Based on the Marxist Women's Theory,this study makes full use of the basic content of the theory to analyze the achievements and current situation of employment of Chinese women since the founding of the People's Republic of China.Based on the Marxist women's theory,this research analyzes the significance and value of vigorously developing women's employment in China.Taking Marxist women's theory as the theoretical foundation and combining with the practical case data,this research deeply explore the existing problems in the employment of Chinese women and its causes.Based on the practical approach provided by Marxist women's theory,this paper explores China's strategic options in solving the problem of Chinese women's employment.This dissertation has six chapters including the introduction.The first chapter is the Introduction.The author first expounds the concept of women's employment and the related concepts.On this basis,it discusses the research background and the significance of this research,and then carries out the literature review and summarizes the Marxist women's theory and relevant domestic and International research outcomes of the Employment of Chinese Women.And then the author also introduced the research content and research methods of the dissertation as well as research innovation and deficiencies.The second chapter is the development history and main content of Marxist women's theory.This chapterincludes the concept and development process of Marxist women's theory,and discusses the basic content of Marxist women's theory in details,including: oppression of women is a historical issue.The significance of women in the course of human history.The level of women's liberation is an important indicator of the degree of the liberation level of all the human.The prerequisite for women's liberation is participating in social productive labor and women's liberation is a long-term historical process.Furthermore,based on meticulously analyzing ombing the main viewpoints of women's development from Mao Zedong to Xi Jinping,the author has confirmed the important role and status of women,explored the conditions and approaches of women's liberation,guaranteed women's equal rights and encouraged women's participation in politics to sort out The Chineseization of Marxist women's theory and its contribution to the development and liberation of Chinese women.The third chapter is the directing role of Marx's women's theory in promoting the development of women's employment.The authordiscusses the role of Marxist women's theory in the development of women's employmentin three aspects:ideological foundation,theoretical support and practical path to make the theory logically aligned with solving the problem of women's employment in China.And then expounds the significance of vigorously developing women's employment in economic,political,social and cultural aspects.The fourth chapter is the history,current situation and development achievements of Chinese women's employment.The author firstly combs the employment situation and characteristics of Chinese women since the 1950 s in the first part,and then based on the "China Women's Development Program(2011-2020)",The Women's Social Status Survey of China and the statistics in the China Population and Employment Statistics Yearbook which provide a statistical analysis of the current employment situation of Chinese women,and then summarize the achievements of Chinese women's employment,occupational status,employment structure,and women's organizations and employment rights protection mechanisms.The fifth chapter analyzes the problems and causes of women's employment in contemporary China.The author first analyzes the problems of women's employment in contemporary China from the aspects of women's employment and promotion opportunities,positions and income,re-employment and security system,and from gender.The root causes of the analysis of cultural concepts,employment laws,social security systems,and women's subjective consciousness.The sixth chapter is the development strategy of Chinese women's employment in the perspective of Marxist women's theory.In this chapter,the author makes full use of the basic content of Marxist women's theory,and combines the problems summarized in the previous chapter to generate roots and propose the construction of advanced gender culture.We will improve the strategies and regulations for women's employment laws and regulations,strengthen social system security,and cultivate women's subjective consciousness.Through this research,the author hopes to grasp the connotation of Marxist women's theory more deeply,and take use of the theory to effectively guide women's development practice,aiming at better safeguarding and respecting women's right to comprehensive development,building a harmonious gender culture,and creating An active and healthy development atmosphere for women will enable more women to actively participate in and contribute to the development of the country.
