Lenin's Thought Of Close Relations Between The Party And The Masses And Its Contemporary Enlightenment

Lenin's thought is the inheritance and development of Marx and Engels' s theory of the party and the masses,it is formed and developed in the long-term revolutionary practice,and is also an important part of Lenin's theory of party construction.The reason why Russia was able to achieve victory after victory in such a backward economic and cultural,the most important is that Lenin closely connected with the masses in the process of revolution and construction,so obtained the broad masses of the people's trust and support.The communist party of China(CPC)is the ruling party of Marxism that the most distinctive feature is to maintain the ties between the party and the masses.This is our party's good tradition and political advantage,it is a permanent proposition that concerns the party's survival and expression of values.Currently,entering a new era,we will systematically review and summarize Lenin's thoughts on closer relations between the party and the masses,and develop the Marxist theory of the party and the masses in line with the characteristics of the new era,at the same time,we will consolidate the relationship between the CPC and the people,and lay a solid mass foundation for comprehensively advancing socialist modernization with Chinese characteristics.Starting from the perspective of Marxist historical materialism,the first part defines the related concepts of Lenin's thoughts on close relations between the party and the masses.Firstly,from the perspective of historical materialism,the paper analyzes the relationship between the party and the masses and the connotation of Lenin's close relationship between the party and the masses.Secondly,it explains the theoretical basis of Lenin's thought,and points out that Marx and Engels' party and the masses theory is the direct theoretical source.Finally,this paper discusses the historical conditions of Lenin's thought of the party and the masses from four aspects: the world,the national conditions,the party and the people.The second part mainly expounds the development process of Lenin's thought ofclose relations between the party and the masses.This part mainly starts from the logical sequence of historical development and the different emphases of Lenin's views of the party and the masses in different periods,can be divided into the beginning of the October revolution,the formation of the victory of the October revolution,the development of the wartime communist period and the maturity of the new economic policy period.This part has laid a solid foundation for summarizing the basic content of Lenin's thought of close the party and the masses.The third part discusses the main content of Lenin's thought on the close relationship between the party and the masses from five aspects.The first is formulated a new economic policy conform to the interests of the people.The implementation of food tax policy,commerce or free trade,and establishment of agricultural cooperatives have guaranteed peasant masses interests,at the same time eased tension between the ruling party and the peasants.The second is built the system on working mechanism.Initially established the union,non-party congress of workers and peasants,petition and appeal,publicity work mechanism and so on,and effectively maintained communication with the masses.The third is optimized the party member troop that serves for the people.Lenin strictly kept party members,provided education and training to them,and removed enemies and speculators,improved the quality of party members and gained the support of the broad masses.The fourth is strengthened the inner-party democracy construction.From the development of inner-party democratic decision making,democratic election,democratic supervision and publicity of party affairs,strengthened inner-party democracy and promoted harmonious relations between the party and the masses.The fifth is attacked the bureaucracy that divorced from the people.Lenin recognized the performance and harm of Russian bureaucracy that analyzed the cause of its occurrence and took corresponding measures to combat the bureaucracy that prevented the danger of it,and solve the problems of agriculture,rural and farmer to improve it,and give full play to the strength of the people themselves to construction it.Secondly,we will strengthen the building of party members,In order to improve the party's ability to serve the people,we must control the import and export ofparty members and strengthen their education,play to the important role of community-level party members in keeping close to the people.Thirdly,strengthen the style of construction as the focus.The party should always maintain close ties with the people,and the key is that the party should eliminate the evils of the formalism,bureaucracy,hedonism and extravagance.The important measures taken are to fight against corruption while protecting the people's right to supervision,so as to ensure that the party's governance is truly for the fundamental interests of the people.Finally,we will improve the party's masses work system,express and coordinate the interests of the masses,communicate system,hold leading party and government officials accountable,and evaluate party officials system,so as to ensure sound interactions between the party and the masses.
