Research On The Administrative Law Enforcement Of Radio Management In Ningxia

China has experienced the development process of 1G backward,2G following,3G breakthrough,4G innovation and 5G leading.It has made huge success and is leading the world in the realm of mobile wireless communication,with a huge market for wireless technology research and development and application.During the establishing PRC,a 100 W radio station could cover half of China.Now the 100 W radio station can't even cover Yinchuan city.Meanwhile,the unauthorized use of frequency is raising,which disturbs the order of radio waves and competes for limited spectrum resources.The pressure on the radio management agencies are great.Administrative law enforcement is a means of radio management,and a main way to reduce the frequency of illegal use.Taking Ningxia radio administrative law enforcement as a sample,this paper compares it with Shanghai and Guangdong radio administrative law enforcement management system,legal system construction and law enforcement through sorting out law enforcement subject,law enforcement basis,current situation and main types of law enforcement at district and city levels,based on the theory of administrative law governance and public governance,this paper analyzes the problems in Ningxia region and finds solutions.
