| China's economy and society are in the primary stage of socialism.Reforms have entered deep water areas,imperfections in the legal system,lack of institutional construction,inadequate levels of social and economic development,and growing awareness of rights among the masses,leading to increasingly social conflicts.In addition,the government's own administrative costs remain high,behavioral anomie is frequent,and corruption problems are frequently exposed.The public showed a decline in trust in the government and even a certain degree of breakdown.This kind of trust damage phenomenon is more prominent in modern network society.The rapid spread and development of the Internet have profoundly changed people's lifestyles and political behaviors.In the network society,information resources can be shared and time-space spreads,making the government's negative information about management misconduct and behavioral anomalies rapidly penetrate through the network.Spread and exaggerated,thus exacerbating the damage of the citizens trust of the government.China is a big agricultural country and a populous country.Solving the three rural issues has always been the core concern of the people and the country.The township government directly faces the countryside and the peasants.It is the terminal of the country power system,the cornerstone of the state power.The level of people's trust to the township government directly affects the trust of higher governments and even the country,and tests the political legitimacy of our country's township governments.Based on the background of township governments this paper studies the problems reflected by letters,studies the trust of township governments in the network society,and maintains the stability of agriculture,rural areas and farmers,and builds a service-oriented government.The theoretical and academic value is also of guiding significance for the ruling practice of the Chinese government during the social transition period. |
