Research On Medical Dispute Mediation Organization

In recent years,there have been many medical disputes,and the violence of "medical trouble" has been on the rise.The relationship between doctors and patients casts a shadow over the disharmony.China continues to push forward the reform of the medical and health system.Under the legal background of the development of "multi-dispute resolution mechanism",it is particularly important to establish and perfect the people's mediation system of medical disputes.On the basis of studying the mechanism of medical dispute mediation,this article discusses the construction and perfection of medical dispute mediation organization,and analyzes the shortcomings in the operation of medical dispute mediation organization by combing the specific situation and actual operation of many local medical mediation committees.Mediation Professionalism needs to be deepened.Due to lack of professionalism,operating funds are difficult to guarantee.Mediation has insufficient credibility and their dispute prevention mechanisms need to be improved.In response to these shortcomings,this article puts forward the following suggestions: 1)in improving the mechanism of personnel training and introduction,we should comprehensively improve the professional quality of people's mediators,expand the scale of full-time mediators,and establish and improve the system of expert consultation.2)It is necessary to increase financial appropriation and raise funds through multiple channels.3)In order to ensure the credibility of mediation,we should ensure the neutrality of the medical mediation committee,strengthen the standardization of mediation,and improve the effectiveness of the mediation agreement.4)Awareness related training and lectures should be presented to show the professional role of social groups in the field of medicine,and the incentive role of insurance mechanisms.
