Since the nineteen major reports of the party put forward the strategy of rural revitalization,General Secretary Xi Jinping has repeatedly emphasized the important role of talents in the strategy of Rural Revitalization.The development of rural and agricultural needs not only funds,policies,resources,but also a large number of rural talents.We should put talents first,unimpede technology,intelligence,manage the way to the countryside,and create more rural talents.For talents.However,in the process of social development,Zhouzhuang Town,Xinghua City,Jiangsu Province,is a small and medium-sized town in Jiangsu Province.In recent years,the brain drain in rural areas is serious.The problem of talent introduction and retention is increasingly prominent,which greatly affects the development of local agriculture,rural progress,and farmers' income,It also affects the process of small city construction in Zhouzhuang Town.In view of this,I comprehensively understand the research status of rural brain drain at home and abroad,sort out and summarize the theoretical basis of rural brain drain,clarify the related concepts of rural talents and rural revitalization,and summarize the harm and impact of rural brain drain.At the same time,combined with the actual design of the questionnaire in Zhouzhuang Town,we have a comprehensive understanding of the number,age and structure of the brain drain in the town.In view of the problems that need to be further understood,we have a selective interview.The reasons for the deep brain drain in rural areas from two aspects of personal factors and social factors are mainly the cognitive deviation of self-worth of rural talents,the narrow development space,the unbalanced development of urban and rural areas,and the public In view of the reasons for the lack of service facilities and the deviation of the work focus of the management department,combined with how to retain the existing three types of talents in Zhouzhuang Town,namely,business type,scientific and technological type and management type,and attract the talents,talents and elites to return home for Entrepreneurship and employment,this paper puts forward a series of suggestions: first,to improve the basic supporting facilities and enhance the absorption capacity of rural and agricultural talents.Including increasing rural infrastructure construction,accelerating the pace of rural urbanization construction,improving the level of basic education in villages and towns;the second is to cultivate local talents and reconstruct the rural "hematopoiesis" mechanism.The third is to introduce excellent talents and optimize the structure of rural talents.Including optimizing the rural industrial structure,solving the housing and settlement problems of foreign talents,and implementing preferential policies.
