| Rural talents are an important force for rural development and governance.The policies of the Party and the state on rural development to a large extent rely on rural talents to implement,and rural talents are the backbone of rural social and economic development.Talent team construction is related to the landing and implementation of rural revitalization strategy.Combining with X county of yunnan province and the condition of the time development requirement,based on the analysis of the theoretical concepts and practical data,further analysis the country under the background of strategy of rejuvenating the country the status quo and existing problems of talent team construction,with the idea of combining theory with practice to find out the cause of the problems,and puts forward proposals to strengthen the construction of rural talent team.The research results of this paper show that X County in Yunnan province has gradually optimized the structure of rural talent team through rural talent selection mechanism,guarantee incentive mechanism and performance appraisal system,and achieved certain results.But there are still many problems,including: the overall quality of the rural talent team is not high,the rural talent innovation mechanism is not perfect,the rural talent team force integration is not in place,the rural talent incentive mechanism is not enough.The reasons are: insufficient cognition of rural talent team construction,positive publicity of rural talent cadres and unreasonable salary.Therefore,it is proposed to further strengthen the leadership of party construction and integrate rural talents.Perfect incentive mechanism and stabilize rural talents;Strengthen exchanges and training,focusing on the training of local talents;Strive to select excellent,select embedded talent;Pay attention to publicity and guidance,strengthen the wind and other suggestions to further strengthen the construction of rural talent team. |
